Assessment Composition: The assessment will be 95% competition-based to assess how players perform in game-like situations (1-on-1, 2-on-2, 3-on-3, 4-on-4, advantage/disadvantage situations, and 5-on-5). Skills evaluated during competitions include:
Entrance into Edgewood: All participants and parents/guardians are to enter and exit the building through the Alumni Hall Entrance (Old Commons Entrance off the large parking lot).
Check-In Procedure: Check-In will occur in Alumni Hall upon entrance at the first table. please register in advance.
Uniform Confirmation Table: This year, we’ll be ordering all new uniforms for every player. The WYBL requires teams to have either two separate sets (home and away) or a reversible uniform, so we’re moving forward with a fresh set for all. Uniform sizing will take place on the day of tryouts.
Parent/Guardian Meeting: Parent/guardian meetings will occur once all participants have been checked in. This will take place in Alumni Hall.
