Crusader Youth Strength & Conditioning

Crusader Strength and Conditioning Training, led by Edgewood High School's director of athletic performance, Kyle Costigan, offers Crusader Youth athletes a focused program on speed, agility, quickness, and strength. This program provides a professional and supportive environment for athletes to enhance their skills and develop as well-rounded competitors.

SPRING SESSIONS - $300 / $150

March 3 – May 21, 2025  |  Monday & Wednesday

$300 for 2x/week or $150 for 1x/week

4th-6th Grade: 5:50 PM – 6:30 PM

7th-8th Grade: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

TRAINER: KYLE COSTIGAN

As the director of athletic performance at Edgewood High School, Kyle Costigan brings his expertise to Crusader Youth Sports, focusing on speed, agility, quickness, and strength training for young athletes. Costigan's background as a former University of Wisconsin offensive lineman, with notable appearances in bowl games like the Rose Bowl, Capital One Bowl, and Outback Bowl, highlights his commitment to excellence. Additionally, Costigan's distinction as the only two-time recipient of the team's Badger Power Award demonstrates his dedication to helping athletes achieve their full potential.

Crusader Strength & Conditioning is back this spring at the Lance Johnson Strength & Conditioning Center at Edgewood High School! Led by Coach Kyle Costigan, this program is designed to build strength, speed, and endurance for 4th-8th grade athletes. Sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays from March 3rd to May 21st4th-6th graders train from 5:30-6:30 PM, and 7th-8th graders from 6:30-7:30 PM. The full session is $300.
