Crusader Strength and Conditioning Training, led by Edgewood High School's director of athletic performance, Kyle Costigan, offers Crusader Youth athletes a focused program on speed, agility, quickness, and strength. This program provides a professional and supportive environment for athletes to enhance their skills and develop as well-rounded competitors.

As the director of athletic performance at Edgewood High School, Kyle Costigan brings his expertise to Crusader Youth Sports, focusing on speed, agility, quickness, and strength training for young athletes. Costigan's background as a former University of Wisconsin offensive lineman, with notable appearances in bowl games like the Rose Bowl, Capital One Bowl, and Outback Bowl, highlights his commitment to excellence. Additionally, Costigan's distinction as the only two-time recipient of the team's Badger Power Award demonstrates his dedication to helping athletes achieve their full potential.
Crusader Strength & Conditioning is back this summer at the Lance Johnson Strength & Conditioning Center at Edgewood High School! Led by Coach Kyle Costigan, this program is designed to build strength, speed, and endurance athletes entering grades 3-8.. Sessions run Monday - Thursdays from June 2 - July 31 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM for all grades. This 8 week session is a flat rate of $400.
